Instructions for preparing
- 1.Let's cook soy granules. In the water approx. Boil the 1.5 l soy granulate, add the soy sauce, vegeta, black ground pepper, ground red paper, 1 cube of broth and let it boil. After soaking, pour soy, let it swell. Cook occasionally for 15-20 minutes. We stop and drain when it gets a little cold.
- 2.We cut the different colored peppers in half so that the stem remains on both halves and the other. Carefully cut the nucleoli.
- 3.Cut tomatoes, zucchini and olives into small cubes.
- 4.Fry the sliced tomatoes in olive oil, then add the zucchini, salt, season, add oregano and garlic. Let it suffocate.
- 5.When the vegetables are stewed, add olives, corn, stew for a while and add soy. With occasional stirring, heat the whole thing to combine and set aside the flavors.
- 6.With this mixture we fill the peppers to the brim. We place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put a slice of basil mozzarella (or plain) or goat cheese on top of each pepper. We can also grate vegan cheese.
- 7.Serve with potatoes with baked potatoes or with any side dish to taste. Use 2 or 3 peppers of different colors on one plate. Bon appetite!
