Vegan fried rice

Roasted rice. Prepared from soy noodles.

Instructions for preparing

  • 1.The day before, we cook soy noodles. Squeeze them out properly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2.In a pan, fry the onion with a little salt, pepper and black pepper and set aside.
  • 3.Gradually pour the marinade and fry the noodles until a crunchy "crust" is made on the surface.
  • 4.Fry rice in a wok. If necessary, pour soy sauce and garlic granules over it, season it gently. Fry the rice for about 5 minutes until the rice starts to "crack" and crunch.
  • 5.Mix everything together on the pan and fry for a few more minutes to combine our tastes.
  • 6.The rice can be sprinkled with a combination of sesame, fried onion and Sriracha chili sauce. Or another to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups rice
  • 80 g soy noodles
  • 1 pc medium onion
  • To soy water:
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
  • For rice:
  • soy sauce as needed
  • as needed garlic granulate
  • ground black pepper as required
  • For the finished meal:
  • onion (fried)
  • sesame
  • chili sauce

Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey (dandelion)
  • 2 teaspoon Ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon garlic granulate
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt as needed
