Instructions for preparing
- 1.Cook the spaghetti (10 minutes in salted water).
- 2.Fry the sliced onion on a tablespoon of oil, add the coarsely grated carrots and crushed garlic, mix. If the mixture is too dry, pour another tablespoon of oil.
- 3.Season with a little basil, oregano and ground black pepper. Add dry (uncooked) granulate, fry for a minute, add a teaspoon of soy sauce and broth.
- 4.With occasional stirring, cook for 10 minutes, add a little overpressure and finally cook for another 3 minutes (or until the sauce has a solid consistency).
