Instructions for preparing
- 1.We clean the potatoes and parsnips and cut them into small cubes. Cook in salted water until soft. After boiling, pour the water over. Let the potatoes and parsnips evaporate for a while and add a piece of butter, hot milk, salt to taste and a pinch of grated nutmeg. Together, press well into a fine slurry. Cover with food foil and allow to cool slightly.
- 2.Cook the soy slices according to the instructions on the package. Finely chop the parsley, mix the soy sauce and the ground dried chili pepper. Spread the prepared mixture on soy slices on both sides.
- 3.Wrap the flavored slices in plain flour.
- 4.Fry in a little oil on both sides. Place the toasted slices in a baking dish.
- 5.Beat one whole egg in a bowl, add one egg white, finely chopped nuts, grated cheese, herb salt and black pepper.

- 9.Bake in a heated oven for about 20 minutes.
- 10.Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut out 24 circles. I cut with a classic cup.
- 11.Wash the pears thoroughly, cut them into rings and remove the stone.
