Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Cook the soy cubes in the broth for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze the water out of the cubes.
  • 2.Marinade: We mix everything together. Add the soy cubes and let it rest.
  • 3.Add chili pepper to the hot oil and fry it. Then add the soy meat, chopped vegetables and mushrooms. Roast everything, add coconut milk and cook. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 100 g soy cubes
  • 1 piece of carrots
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • 1 pc pore
  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms (or champions)
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • oil
  • salt
  • black ground pepper
  • 1 piece of chili pepper
  • vegetable soup

Marinade

  • 1 yolk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt
  • curry pepper
  • 2 teaspoon potato starch
  • 2 tbsp ginger
