Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Pour the granulate into boiling water with 1 cube of beef broth and cook for a while. Set aside and allow to cool. We can squeeze the soy mass.
  • 2.We add oatmeal to it. So much that the meat is semi-thick. Let stand, let the flakes drink.
  • 3.Meanwhile, cut the vegetables (carrots, iceberg lettuce, peppers, tomatoes). Stir, season and salt to taste. Add 50g of yogurt.
  • 4.When the soy mass has thickened and the flakes have absorbed water, add eggs, grated cheese, finely chopped onion, oil, season and mix to the granulate.
  • 5.We shape small meatballs, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If the meat is thin, we can add more oatmeal.
  • 6.Bake at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes. Turn during baking.
  • 7. We serve baked with any salad.
