Instructions for preparing

  • 1.First, cook the soy noodles. Let us boil half a liter of water with a cube of vegetable broth (or in salted water). Cook for half an hour, then drain the noodles, squeeze and set aside for now.
  • 2.Fry the onion in oil, add the mushrooms cut into noodles, green and red capsicum, diced cucumbers, half a glass of lechi, or paprika, soy sauce and cooked soy noodles. We stew everything together approx. 10 minutes. Finally, add the ketchup and heat the mixture together and set aside.
  • 3.Potato pancakes: Grate the potatoes into fine noodles, add garlic, egg yolks, salt, pepper, rasca. We can, but we don't have to add 1 tablespoon of solamyl. Fry the pancakes in a small amount of oil on both sides. We load the vegetable mixture in half of the pancake and pour it over.

  • approx. 1/2 packing or more soy noodles
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 4-5 oyster mushrooms without legs
  • 1/2 pc green hood
  • 2 tbsp red cap sterilized
  • 2 pcs pickles
  • 1/2 cup content (approx. 0.3 l) sterilized lecho
  • 1-2 pcs of chili pepper
  • a few drops of soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp ketchup
  • salt as needed
  • black pepper to taste
  • rapeseed or olive oil, as appropriate, in the mixture and for frying the pancakes
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 3-4 pcs garlic
  • marjoram to taste
  • to taste the whole rasca
  • to taste salt
  • 1-2 yolks
