You will really enjoy this delicious goulash with soy cubes, whether you are a vegetarian or not. The recipe is light, suitable even for beginner chefs. The total preparation of soybean goulash takes about 90 minutes.

Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Add 1 liter of boiling water (3 pieces of new pepper, 3 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of mah spice, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of curry, 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth without glutamate, a handful of dried mushrooms and 100 g of soy cubes) to 1 liter of boiling water. Cook for about 30 minutes. Then pour the cubes (keep the water with the spices) and after cooling down, carefully squeeze the soaked water.
  • 2.Fry the onion, cut into larger cubes, in sunflower oil, and add 3 balls of fresh pepper. Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of spices - mix well 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mah spice, 1 teaspoon of curry, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 2 teaspoons of ground ginger and let stand for a while. When the onion is fried until golden brown, pour the prepared spice mixture into it, mix well and fry for a while. Then add the soy cubes. Roast for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.Pour in the water in which we boiled soy milk, add fresh water so that the mixture is easily covered, add a tablespoon of vegetable broth without glutamate and cook on a low flame until boiling the onion approx. 10 minutes. Concentrate - dissolve 1 tablespoon of plain flour in 0.2 dl of water, pour into the goulash while stirring and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 4.We no longer cook, we add grated garlic. Stir and leave covered for 10 minutes.
  • 5.Serve with rice or dumplings.
