Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Boil the soy noodles in salted water with a few grains of black pepper. Strain and allow to cool slightly.
  • 2.We will prepare a marinade. We use lemon (lemon juice, peel, coarse salt - mix to dry), herb rosemary - thyme (fresh herbs mixed with coarse salt, dry) and smoked salt (purchased).
  • 3.Mix 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic and sage and add the squeezed soy noodles. Mix everything together, cover and store for an hour in a cool place.
  • 4.After an hour, dust with a spoonful of cornstarch, mix and fry quickly on a hot wok with 1PL of oil.
  • 5.Cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the wok.
  • 6.While the mushrooms are frying, squeeze the juice out of one lime and mix it with the soy sauce.
  • 7.We pour into the wok.
  • 8.Blanch the sugar peas in boiling water for a minute, cool immediately in ice water and add to the wok. We shuffle and stop for a minute. Serve with corn and lime.
