Instructions for preparing
- 1.Pour hot water over the soy granules. We put a little black pepper in it, a sliced clove of garlic, salt. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- 2.After cooking, drain, let cool, pick the garlic.
- 3.We can pour semolina in the evening and cook it in the morning. We also cook rice.
- 4.Fry the onion in a pan and fry the soy granules. Season with spices, salt, garlic and barbecue spices.
- 5.Mix cooked rice, groats and soy granules. Taste to taste.
- 6.Roast the meat in a pan or oven.
- 7.Serve with vegetables, salad, tomatoes, cucumber.
- 8.If the liver porridge seems a little greasy, we fry the onion in oil and stir.
