Instructions for preparing
- 1.Soy granules are boiled the day before in vegetable broth. Precisely squeeze the liquid out of it with a cloth and massage the marinade into it. This will put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- 2.In a bowl, mix finely sliced salad, onion, capers, tomatoes, corn, beans or other vegetables that we like. Salt and season with black ground pepper to taste.
- 3.Fry thinly sliced mushrooms with ground sweet pepper, salt, ground in a pan black pepper and burrito pepper. Set aside in a smaller container.
- 4.We will also heat the marinated granulate in the mushroom juice, which we can still taste with spices, chili bottles or crushed garlic in a pan, if the taste does not seem intense enough.
- 5.Heat the tortilla in the microwave, in the pan or in the oven. Sprinkle it with hummus, white yogurt, or salsa or other dressing (mango sauce, garlic sauce, chili sauce). In the middle, we store rice and granules next to each other, pour the dressing of our choice, then store the salad mix, pickles, champions. We can add guacamole or avocado.
- 6.We roll the tortilla into a roll by bending the three edges.
