Instructions for preparing
- 1.We prepare yeast from water, milk, sugar and yeast.
- 2.We sift the flour, add oil, salt and finally the sourdough. Mix, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 3.Then we divide it into two parts and shape the dumplings. Leave to acidify for 10 minutes, put on an oiled steamer and steam covered for 15 minutes.
- 4.Meanwhile, cut the onion and vegetables. Fry the onion in olive oil until golden brown. Drizzle with a little water, simmer for fat. Repeat this 3 times to boil the onion and thicken our goulash.
- 5.Add ground red pepper and chilli, fry. Add the pepper and let it soften with occasional stirring. Finally, add the tomatoes and simmer until as much juice as possible evaporates.
- 6.Roast goody foody strips / noodles in olive oil and serve.

- 80ml water
- 80ml soy milk
- 0,5 tea spoon sugar
- 10g fresh yeast
- 250g plain flour
- 0,5 tea spoon salt
- 10g oil
