GOODY FOODY VEGAN burger with celery-potato puree and fig chutney We used our Goody Foody Vegan burgers for the preparation.

Instructions for preparing

  • 1.We clean the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put in a pot with boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the cleaned celery cut into cubes as big as potatoes. Cook until soft. Strain, add ghee butter and warm milk. Let's make everything together, taste it with salt.
  • 2.Put sugar in olive oil. When it starts to turn brown, add the shallots, fry in a golden brown and add the peeled and sliced ​​figs. Drizzle with mulled wine and cook for 10 minutes. Add cranberries and a sprig of rosemary and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.
  • 3.Bake GOODY FOODY Vegan Burger on a little oil on both sides. We serve.
