Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in oil until golden brown. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces using a knife. Move the chopped cauliflower into a deeper pan. We recommend using a pan or pot with the largest possible surface area. Add 2 tablespoons of water (or broth), salt, season and add curry. With occasional stirring, cook at medium temperature for about 5-10 minutes until it begins to catch a golden color. The rice is ready.
  • 2.Roast Goody Foody chicken style cuts with a drop of oil on each side and serve.
