Instructions for preparing
- 1.Fry the peas briefly in butter or olive oil, cover with hot water and stew. Cook until soft and set aside so that it does not lose color. Finally, add a little salt and season. Cook a smaller potato, drain it and mix it together with peas and 1 teaspoon of bear garlic into a tasty and delicate paste.
- 2.Wash the asparagus, break it in the lower part and cut it in half lengthwise. Put olive oil, green pepper, a pressed clove of garlic in the peel, add asparagus and bean pods to the pan. Drizzle with white wine, add salt, season and saute until glassy. Asparagus should be soft but crunchy, we must not lose color.
- 3.Fry the crushed garlic and green pepper in oil. Fry Goody Foody Steaks naturally on the mixture. We don't have to combine the steak with garlic, pieces of garlic are here for taste, they can be roasted peacefully on the side of the pan.
- 4.Serve with fresh peas and pea sprouts.
