Instructions for preparation:
- 1.Wash the asparagus and break it at the bottom. If we have pickled green pepper, fry it briefly in olive oil together with crushed garlic. If we have dried green pepper, let it swell a little in olive oil before roasting. Add asparagus, salt, season, cover with white wine and gently sauté, let it be nice glassy, but it must not lose color.
- 2.Finely chop the red onion and fry in olive oil, add a little lemon juice and dust with cane sugar. Pour the roast into a separate pot, add 4 tablespoons of coconut milk, season, salt to taste. Cook slightly until the milk and the onion are combined.
- 3.Roast Goody Foody beef steaks in hot olive oil. The food is excellent if we make sure that all foods are equally hot when served.
