Instructions for preparing
- 1.We wash the potatoes and cut them into crescents. Add olive oil, rosemary, salt and crushed garlic. We mix it. Spread the potatoes evenly on a plate smeared with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ˚C. Bake until soft and golden brown for about 45 minutes.
- 2.Heat the oil in a pot and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic on it. Add cloves, pepper and stir the mixture for a while. Then mix the cranberries, orange juice, peel, brown sugar and chili pepper. Mix the whole mixture and bring to a boil
- 3.Then simmer the sauce over low heat for about 20 minutes until the amount is reduced by at least 1/3. Let the sauce cool down and either leave it in this condition or mix it into puree. It lasts for about 3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
- 4.Bake GOODY FOODY Red Burger on a little oil on both sides. We serve.
