Instructions for preparing
- 1.Prepare caramelized vegetables in a pan: melt the butter, add the sugar, lower the temperature and let the sugar dissolve
- 2.Meanwhile, cut the onion into circles, garlic into slices and eggplant into small cubes.
- 3.Transfer everything to caramel and fry, salt. When the eggplant starts to turn brown, add wine and let it evaporate. We can add salt as needed.
- 4.We put Goody Foody Gyros / Kebab in the wok, in which we heated the oil. Add chili paste, soy sauce, worcester, salt and bake for a few minutes. Add peanut butter and coconut cream. Stir until everything comes together nicely.
- 5.Add the vegetable mixture to the wok to Goody Foody and add the coarsely chopped parsley. We can serve.
