Instructions for preparing
- 1.Grate the cleaned potatoes on a coarse grater.
- 2.Using a spoon, form pancakes in a pan, which we fry in hot oil. Leave the finished on a napkin that sucks up excess fat. Salt gently.
- 3.Goody Foody Vegan Beef style STEAK cut into noodles and fry in oil.
- 4.Cut the young zucchini on wheels with the skin, add salt, season with a mixture of vegetable spices and fry in a pan.
- 5.Add sliced peppers to the noodles and fry lightly.
- 6.We serve potato pancakes on a plate, on which we layer roasted vegetables and noodles from Goody Foody Vegan Beef style STEAK. Add green and black olives. Garnish with corn on the cob. To taste, serve with sour cream.
