Goody Foody chicken style, ratatatouille vegetables and mashed potatoes with fresh dill. Prepared from Goody Foody chicken style.

Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Boil the washed potatoes in their skins for 35-40 minutes, let them cool down and then peel them and grate them finely.
  • 2.Cut the vegetables into 1x1 cm cubes.
  • 3.Roast the vegetables in olive oil and simmer briefly with the fresh herbs. Vegetables must be al dente (semi-soft).
  • 4.Mix the grated potatoes with butter and season the cream in the tomato with salt and pepper and we must have finely whipped puree from them, to which we add fresh dill.
  • 5.Finally, we will bake Goody Foody.

  • Rosemary
  • Dill to taste
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 200 g Butter
  • Cream 33%
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Limes
