Instructions for preparing
- 1.We cut the patizones and hollow out the inside.
- 2.Cut the flesh into smaller pieces. We salt them to let go of water.
- 3.We finally squeeze the pulp that released the water. Season the squeezed pieces with ginger and soy sauce. Let stand well to soak up the taste.
- 4.Cook the soy granulate together with the broth according to the instructions. After cooking, let it drain well on the sieve.
- 5.Pour the seeds into a pan with heated oil and fry until they start to crack.
- 6.When the seeds are roasted, add the hollowed-out flavored pieces from the patison to them and stew them until soft over low heat. Then add all the other ingredients except the cheese to the pan.
- 7.We will have a thick mixture. Fill the patizones with this mixture.
- 8.Sprinkle the filled patison with cheese. We can garnish with wheels the tomatoes, to which we put a little chili sauce. Let it bake. Bake in a heated oven for 15 minutes at 170 °.
- 9.When the patizones are baked, we can decorate them with corn or other vegetables. Bon appetite!
