Broccoli meatballs

Broccoli meatballs with oyster mushrooms. We used soy granules in their preparation.

Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Quench the broccoli and cook in salted water. Then drain and let cool a little.
  • 2.In the meantime, we will prepare soy granules. Let it boil about 1/2 liter of water with one chicken broth and pour soy granulate into boiling water. Leave covered to allow the granulate to thicken. Then we drain the mass.
  • 3.Finely cut broccoli into a bowl, add eggs, yogurt or sour cream.
  • 4.Salt the seasoned soy mass, season it and add 2-3 PL of whole wheat flour to concentrate as needed. We mix it.
  • 5.We make small meatballs and wrap them in breadcrumbs.
  • 6.Then wrap the coated in a hot pan and a little oil on both sides.
  • 7.Serve with potatoes, vegetable salad, rice or couscous. According to taste.
