Instructions for preparing
- 1.Marinade: Mix soy sauce with wine, a teaspoon of sugar, taste to taste with ground ginger. Add corn starch. Stir.
- 2.Stir GOODY FOODY chicken noodles into the prepared marinade and leave to marinate for 1 hour
- 3.Heat olive oil in a pan, add finely sliced garlic, red pepper sliced into strips, shallot cut into quarters. Fry briefly.
- 4.Stir in the marinated GOODY FOODY chicken noodles, fry.
- 5.Finally, mix in the green peas. Mix together. Served with any side dish.
