  • 4.Meanwhile, mix the vegetable broth, almond milk, sage, pepper and salt.
  • 5.When the onion is roasted, put the prepared mixture in a pot and mix the polenta into it. Then we cook it for another minute - two.
  • 6.Then we apply it on a plate 1-2 cm thick, the thicker the better the polenta will be stiffened together.
  • 7.When it cools, cut it into smaller pieces and fry it in sunflower oil until golden brown and crispy.

  • 10.Pour the hot vegetable broth over the soy granules. Mix them well together so that the broth soaks evenly and let it cool down.
  • 11.Add all other ingredients to the pancakes (except oil) and make a thick mixture.
  • 12.We shape the pancakes with wet hands.
  • 13.We fry the pancakes until golden brown. Finally, let them bake for 5 minutes at 160 ° C.
  • 14.Serve with salad and soy yogurt as a dip.
