Instructions for preparing
- 1.We clean the onion and cut it into small cubes, peel the garlic and prepare the other ingredients for the sauce.
- 2.We fry chopped onions in oil.
- 3.Add melted cheese and sliced blue cheese to it.
- 4.Pour over the cream and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is dissolved.
- 5.Grind the colored pepper, add it to the sauce together with the pressed garlic.
- 6.After a while, add the torn basil leaves and cook for about 5-8 minutes. We'll stop.
- 7.Mix Solamyl, soy sauce, ground chili pepper. We can add salt.
- 8.Sprinkle the mixture with soy slices (prepared according to the instructions on the package) on both sides.
- 9.Fry the slices in a little oil. Serve topped with sauce and sprinkled with walnuts.
