Instructions for preparing
- 1.Boil the soy noodles in 1 liter of water, to which we add 1 PL of soy sauce and 1 PL of salt (glutamate-free vegetable salt). Cook for 5 minutes without a lid. Drain the noodles. Fry the onion, cut into large cubes, in oil. Add soy noodles and fry over a large fire for about a minute.
- 2.Add frozen vegetables (eg vegetable mixture to China).
- 3.Mix 2 dl of water with 4 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 coofee spoon of brown sugar, add 1 cooffee spoon of starch. Pour the resulting dressing over the roasted vegetable - soy mixture and cook briefly.
- 4.... we serve with rice.
